Our new streamlined offering gives you flexibility to pay as you go across all of our courses and conferences, whether they are in venues, Mercia Live, or on demand recordings. You can choose from either purchasing course credits and spreading the cost over 12 months, or booking individual courses at a cash price.

Course credits

Cash price

  • A typical three hour update course will cost just £72 plus VAT
  • Pay in full on receipt of an invoice

For just £35 per person per month, membership may offer you better value, providing you with unlimited attendance on courses in venues (when we can return), on Mercia Live events and all CPD on demand recordings.

FAQs

Credits can be used to book places on all our courses: Mercia Live; CPD face to face; practical workshops; CPD on demand courses; conferences; management and business advisory courses and our probate courses and assessment. Course credits are not valid to use for our in-house courses..

Purchasing 20 or more credits offers the best value for money when you pay as you go. If you purchase 20 or more credits, you can spread the cost of the credits over 12 months. You will still have 24 months in which to use them.

If you buy 20+ credits in one transaction you can spread your payment over 12 months with our monthly direct debit plan. Alternatively we will send an invoice to your nominated invoice contact and our payment terms are 30 days.

Credits are priced per single transaction, therefore the best way to access the cheaper rates is to buy another block. Don’t forget that your credits last 24 months from the date of purchase.

Credits are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Credits must be used against courses running or webinar courses available in that 24-month period.

Unused course credits cannot be carried forward and refunds for a purchase of course credits cannot be issued. You do however have 24 months to use credits.

Course credits can be used by to book courses for everyone on your team. There are no limits to the number of course credits that can be used on any one course, subject to places being available.

If you are unsure what is included in your membership please contact our training team. Conferences, probate and management courses are not included in any memberships. If you wish to book a course that falls outside of your membership, as a member you have the benefit of paying the lowest price per credit of £33 per VAT with no minimum number requirements. Simply log into your account area before you book to see the membership price.

Course credits can be used by to book courses for everyone on your team. There are no limits to the number of course credits that can be used on any one course, subject to places being available.

Course credits may be transferred between face to face courses and webinars, or reinstated into your credit bank as follows:

  • For a cancellation of a course place booked using course credits, we require 14 days' notice in writing or by email with a read receipt. Your course credits will be reinstated into your credit bank to use against future course bookings. Your credits will remain valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
  • We must be notified of course swaps in writing or by email with a read receipt at least nine days in advance of the course. When making a course swap your course credits will be allocated to the new course place.
  • Where shorter notice is given, Mercia reserves the right to refuse the request.
