Michael Siviter

Head of Management Training

Michael is Head of our Management Training division. Before joining Mercia, Michael was a lecturer, Product and Client Manager at Kaplan Financial after qualifying as an accountant at Rolls Royce where he worked as a Corporate Accountant. He started his finance career at an independent firm of accountants in Derby, working in their Business Services department dealing with the financial affairs of small and medium sized clients.

At Mercia, Michael supports our clients on the non-technical aspects of practice and people management and provides consultancy and training to professional firms throughout the UK.  Internally, he works closely with our leadership team and departmental managers on all aspects of team engagement, learning and development, personnel policies and recruitment.
