Phil Brabin

Technical Consultant

After graduating from the University of Bath with a degree in Economics and Politics, Philip joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson as an audit trainee; post training contract a further seven years were spent in practice. Philip is an FCCA member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. After leaving practice Philip spent three years working for the London School of Business and Finance as a lecturer, before joining Mercia as a Technical Consultant in January 2015. At Mercia Philip works primarily within the consultancy team focusing on audit and practice compliance, although will also lecture on the public, in-house and student programmes.

Outside of work Philip's main interest is tennis, although still enjoy playing a wide range of other sports, including football, golf and darts.
